Refund policy
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, in line with your right of withdrawal under EU distance selling regulations.
How to make a return
- Email info@clubwobe.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- You will receive a return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack the items securely — unworn, in original condition and with tags attached — and drop off the parcel.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is deducted from your refund. On full returns, your items and the original standard shipping are always refunded in full.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Make a return and place a new order for the size you want — that way your new size ships right away instead of waiting for the return to arrive.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email info@clubwobe.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
