Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order.
How to make a return
- Email info@clubwobe.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- You will receive a return shipping label by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the items securely — unworn, in original condition and with tags attached — and drop off the parcel.
Once we receive your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method. Return shipping is deducted from your refund. On full returns, your items and the original standard shipping are always refunded in full.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Email info@clubwobe.com with your order number and the size you want. We'll send you a return label, and your new size ships as soon as the return arrives.
Claims
Received a faulty or incorrect item? Email info@clubwobe.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping.
