RETURNS
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Email info@clubwobe.com and let us know that you would like to return your package. After that, you will receive an email from us with a return label that you will use to return your package.
When packing your item, never tape directly onto the product packaging.
Return your package according to the provided instructions.
Once we have received your return, you will be refunded for your order. A return shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost will always be deducted from your refund.
CLAIMS & RECLAMATIONS
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If there should unexpectedly be any issue with your product, you are of course entitled to a replacement free of charge.
Please email info@clubwobe.com describing the issue and include “Claim + your order number” in the subject line
of the email. We also ask that you attach a photo clearly showing the defect.
We must always approve that a claim process can begin before you send the item back to us. Once approved, we will send you a return label that you can use to return the package. Please mark the package with “Claim”.
Please note that we always reserve at least 14 days for a claim process, although the processing time may vary.
A claim will only be approved if the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, not if the issue has occurred due to wear and tear or careless use of the product.
RESERVATION
We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in the content on the website.
FORCE MAJEURE
Events such as natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, war, delivery failures from suppliers, increased costs, or similar circumstances beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen shall be considered force majeure.
This means that CLUB WOBE reserves the right to cancel entered agreements.
